How does payment work?Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards. By handling payments directly, we can be transparent about the costs of your treatment from the very beginning, without the delays and uncertainties associated with insurance billing.
-
Do you file insurance? We do not accept commercial insurance, Workman's Compensation injuries, personal injury cases, or auto accident claims. This approach allows us to provide you with the most advanced treatments that insurance companies often don’t cover, ensuring that you receive the highest quality care without any limitations imposed by third-party payers. Although we do not file insurance claims on your behalf, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that includes procedure and diagnosis codes. You can then submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

How long does it take for me to notice changes after a Stem Cell Factors or PRP treatment? We understand that patients are eager to see the benefits of our cutting-edge regenerative therapies. Typically, the timeline for noticing improvements after a stem cell or Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment can vary depending on the individual and the specific condition being treated. Generally, patients may start to notice improvements within 2 to 6 weeks post-treatment. However, because these therapies rely on your body's ability to repair and regenerate tissue, it can sometimes take a few months or a few treatments to experience the full benefits. Our experienced sports medicine physician is committed to supporting you throughout this period, ensuring you attain optimal health and performance outcomes.
-
What are the side effects of using stem cell factors or PRP therapy?Common side effects include temporary pain, bleeding, swelling, mild bruising, infection, headaches, or dizziness. These are usually short-lived and we ensure a controlled, sterile environment. Contact us if you have concerns or prolonged discomfort.

Is microchanneling different from botox?Microchanneling is a cutting-edge skincare treatment that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating the body's natural healing process. This leads to increased collagen and elastin production, essential for maintaining youthful, firm skin. Unlike Botox, which is a toxin that temporarily relaxes muscles, our microchanneling treatments use natural, skin-friendly products like stem cell factors and peptides that support and enhance the skin's own healing processes for long-lasting, healthier results.
-
What are the benefits and side effects of micro-channeling?Micro-channeling is a minimally invasive treatment that enhances recovery, improves skin texture, and promotes healing. Benefits include collagen production, reduced scars and fine lines, and better skin elasticity. Potential side effects include temporary redness, swelling, or bruising, which typically subside in a few days. We ask that you stay out of direct sun for about 24-48 hours and to try avoid washing your face, neck, or scalp for at least 24 hours. If washing is required, we ask that you just use warm water and try to avoid soap. Consult our physician to integrate micro-channeling into your health plan.
