We are dedicated to empowering individuals to optimize and prioritize their overall health and well-being. Our mission is to offer personalized sports and regenerative medicine services tailored to each patient's unique needs and to help foster their journey towards improved health and longevity.

Dr. Trey Perkins, MD, MBA
Dr. Perkins is a board-certified Primary Care Sports Medicine physician with extensive training and experience in regenerative medicine. Dr. Perkins graduated in 2016 from St. George's University School of Medicine. He then completed Family Medicine Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship training in Tulsa, where he honed his skills in sports medicine. He also has training in Functional Medicine as well as Genetics-Based Personalized Care that he received through the Wild Health Fellowship program.

With a passion for advancing health and performance, Dr. Perkins has gained significant expertise in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and other regenerative medicine modalities. Over the years, Dr. Perkins has had the privilege of treating both current and retired professional athletes from the NFL and NBA, semi-professional and collegiate athletes, helping them recover from injuries and optimizing their physical well-being.
